Their servers are located in a private center in Waco, TX. The data center uses advanced environmental control system that regulates the temperature and humidity levels throughout the facility.

All their standalone servers have RAID 1 protection, high performance SCSI or SATA2 hard drives. This means that all systems can support at least one hard disk failure with no downtime. In addition, the servers are backed with NAS or SAN systems every 24 to 48 hours, ensuring that data is stored securely and reliably to a single hard disk.
